Yesterday brought a short, teasing look at footage from Bryan Singer’s forthcoming return to the directors chair with X-MEN: DAYS OF FUTURE PAST. Leading up to Tuesday’s trailer debut, which I can admit to being blown away by after witnessing it during San Diego Comic Con, Empire have released an intriguing set of stills from the film uniting the prequel cast of Matthew Vaughn’s reinvigorating X-MEN: FIRST CLASS, with those of 20th Century Fox’s original trilogy and subsequent spin-offs!
The film stars Hugh Jackman, Ian McKellen, Patrick Stewart, James McAvoy, Jennifer Lawrence, Michael Fassbender, Nicholas Hoult, Anna Paquin, Ellen Page, Shawn Ashmore, Peter Dinklage, Omar Sy, Halle Berry, Daniel Cudmore, Fan Bingbing, Boo Boo Stewart, Adan Canto, Evan Peters, Josh Helman and Lucas Till. It’s slated for cinemas 23rd May 2014.
