Earlier today the first set of stills were released for the upcoming X-MEN: DAYS OF FUTURE PAST courtesy of Empire. This is the first film in the franchise since X-MEN 2 to be directed by Bryan Singer after leaving the third film to direct SUPERMAN RETURNS. The ambitious project will combine both the cast of the original trilogy with 2011’s X-MEN: FIRST CLASS, and of course franchise poster boy Hugh Jackman will once again reprise his role as Wolverine. Now even more stills have been released for 20th Century Fox’s anticipated Marvel sequel that looks set to rival the mighty AVENGERS ASSEMBLE in terms of cast, story and scale.
With the first trailer set to be released next Tuesday, Fox’s promotional campaign for the film has well and truly kicked off as you can see from the exciting photos below:
