There are some father/son duos that you could only wish for when it comes to the big screen, and this is definitely one of them! It was announced today that Oscar winner Christopher Walken will be joining Lenny Kravitz for new indie LITTLE ROOTIE TOOTIE.
LITTLE ROOTIE TOOTIE, written and to be directed by Dan Algrant, tells the story of a jazz musician named Sonny who is mourning the death of his wife. His son returns home with his own wife, disrupting their own music careers to take care of his dad who’s behaviour is getting more destructive. The three of them try and put up a happy family front, but ends in tragic circumstances.
The film will start shooting in New York City sometime in January.
