With just over two weeks until we get to see Katniss Everdeen shoot her arrows once more in THE HUNGER GAMES: CATCHING FIRE, Lionsgate are indeed making sure that the whole world will be watching. With a predicted opening north of $175 million, the film definitely wont have any problems making back its budget and at this point is basically guaranteed to smash the box office.
After Gary Ross decided not to return for the highly anticipated sequel Francis Lawrence (I AM LEGEND) has taken over the reigns for this film, and it sure does look incredible. As a massive fan of the first film I’ve been extremely excited about the sequel for quite some time but I have to say, each trailer and TV spot that is released just convinces me even more that this will be the standout blockbuster of the year. You can see the brand new TV Spot coming via Subways Facebook Page below, which features Christina Aguilera’s ‘We Remain’ from the official soundtrack.
THE HUNGER GAMES: CATCHING FIRE stars Jennifer Lawrence, Josh Hutcherson, Liam Hemsworth, Donald Sutherland, Woody Harrelson, Elizabeth Banks and Sam Clafin. The film will be released in the UK on 21st November! also check back with The Hollywood News for more updates on THE HUNGER GAMES.
