Marvel duo Dominic Cooper (Howard Stark in CAPTAIN AMERICA: THE FIRST AVENGER) and Samuel L. Jackson (Nick Fury in, well, almost every one of the studios blockbusters) face off against each other in the crime-thriller REASONABLE DOUBT.
Rising young District Attorney Mitch Brockden (Cooper) commits a fatal hit-and-run and finds himself prosecuting Jackson’s Clinton Davis, now accused of the crime having been found near the body of the victim. However, guilt sets in he decides to throw the case against the innocent man, only to later learn that that he may well be a sadist serial-killer who isn’t going to stop his morbid hobby.
REASONABLE DOUBT is directed by debutant Peter P. Croudins and set for simultaneous release on US Video-on-demand services and a limited theatre run on the 17th January 2014. No details yet of a UK release.
