Rumoured Plot Details For Warner Bros ‘Justice League’

Justice League.

Earlier this week, the movie world was shocked when it was announced that Gal Gadot (FAST AND FURIOUS film series) will play Wonder Woman for the characters cinematic debut set to take place in Zack Snyder’s upcoming BATMAN VS. SUPERMAN.

When it was also revealed that The Flash will have a role somewhere in the sequel, it became very clear that Warner Bros are no longer wasting their time and are indeed paving the way for a future JUSTICE LEAGUE team up film to rival Marvel’s THE AVENGERS. Zack Snyder’s MAN OF STEEL sequel will now include DC Comics three most iconic heroes, which are of course Superman (Henry Cavill), Batman (Ben Affleck) and Wonder Woman (Gal Gadot). While the film is becoming increasingly bloated, you can’t argue with Warner Bros’ ambition and willingness to make the audience aware of these characters. This is especially true when you consider that Wonder Woman has proved so very difficult to transfer from comics to screen, and Christopher Nolan’s fantastic DARK KNIGHT trilogy ended his widely acclaimed interpretation of Batman leaving no room for continuation.

Now a few more details on the eventual JUSTICE LEAGUE film have been revealed and it’s said to be a ‘united nations’ of superheroes. The same source also claims that Denzel Washington and Idris Elba are being considered for the part of Lex Luthor which really would be something special. You can read the report on JUSTICE LEAGUE below:

‘What about Justice League, you ask? According to our source, making the team a “United Nations” of Superheroes is the plan. The concept we’ve heard plays Superman represents the world as a whole (Being an immigrant of Earth he speaks for everyone), Batman would represent the United States with the American Affleck in the cape-and-cowl with the Flash possibly portrayed by an Hispanic or Latino actor and as we saw announced yesterday an Wonder Woman played by an Israeli’.

This would actually be quite a clever way of making the team of superheroes and it would also diversify it substantially from the roster seen in Marvel’s THE AVENGERS. Check back with us for more news on JUSTICE LEAGUE and BATMAN VS. SUPERMAN.
