Poster & Trailer For Terribly-Titled ‘Knights of Badassdom’ Starring Peter Dinklage

I’m pretty sure I know there’s a line between amusing teenage films, fantasy comedy and just a crap name. The weird-named KNIGHTS OF BADASSDOM sounds like something you’d write at school but nevertheless stars the awesome Peter Dinklage, plus Ryan Kwanten, Steve Zahn and Firefly‘s Summer Glau and so they must be doing something right!

The film takes the initial ROLE MODELS idea of people reenacting situations and scenarios out of a mythical Middle Age until, one day, everything takes a turn for the real. In truth, I actually love the old-style concept that echoes some 80’s ideas and a BILL AND TED-type bizarre adventure, it’s just the title that annoys me as it’s doesn’t really translate across the world. I’ll stop talking about the title now.

Directed by Joe Lynch, who loves a B-Movie,  check out the poster below and KNIGHTS OF BADASSDOM is available in the USA via TUGG on January 21st and on VOD there from February 11th. We’re sure some of you will also find this in the UK and it should be a lot of fun:

Cannot wait for this! Been wanting to see it since the trailer first reared itself over a year ago!

Ryan Kwanten, Steve Zahn, Peter Dinklage, and Summer Glau lead a stellar ensemble, and you really couldn’t ask for more than that.

I do agree, I just can’t deal with the title! ;p

    Although, that shouldn’t have a bearing on a film…
