Harrison Ford Joins ‘The Age of Adaline’

Harrison Ford joins the cast of THE AGE OF ADALINE, the upcoming romantic drama starring Gossip Girl Blake Lively and Ellen Burstyn (REQUIEM FOR A DREAM). Originally written by J. Mills Goodloe and Salvador Paskowitz, the screenplay was revised by Alison Burnett and the film will be directed by Lee Toland Krieger (THE VICIOUS KIND). Lionsgate Motion Picture Group Co-Chairmen, Rob Friedman and Patrick Wachsberger, had this to say:

“We are absolutely thrilled to have such a talented superstar as Harrison Ford join this project and can’t wait for production to get underway” 

Principal photography is set to begin in March for THE AGE OF ADALINE and has the following synopsis:

“A 29-year old girl named Adaline, who stops aging after recovering from a near fatal accident. Over the course of the 20th century she embarks on an epic, but isolated worldwide journey, keeping her secret, until she meets a man who forever alters her life.”
