When a sequel to Zack Snyder’s MAN OF STEEL was announced as the crossover film BATMAN VS SUPERMAN the world knew it would be big, but did anyone think that it would be stealing the headlines on a daily basis. Recently the upcoming superhero team-up has received alot of attention due to numerous casting rumours and its recent 10 month delay.
Despite the various different questions surrounding the project, one of the most prevalent is still what Ben Affleck’s Batman costume will look like. Kevin Smith has previously stated that he has seen the new re-designed suit and has nothing but praise for his friends new outfit. Now at the 20th Annual Screen Actors Guild Awards, Jennifer Garner AKA Batman’s wife has been asked about her husbands upcoming role and the costume he will wear as the caped crusader. After jokingly stating that she will have immense difficulty getting Affleck out of the costume, she expresses her excitement at also viewing the much-discussed Batsuit. From the vague descriptions we have heard about the Batsuit so far it sounds as if fans may finally get to see a live action Batman with a grey and black colour combination, as opposed to the all-black we are used to from the cinematic incarnations of the character we have seen thus far. Hopefully BATMAN VS SUPERMAN will get back on track soon and Warner Bros will release some sort of official image to wet our appetites.
