The delectable Brie Larson, star of SHORT TERM 12, DON JON and 21 JUMP STREET, may not be returning to the latter sequel but is currently in talks for new Judd Apatow comedy TRAINWRECK.
There’s not much to say about the script at this stage but we do know that Amy Schumer and Bill Hader will also co-star, with the Apatowioio directing. Yes, I did that. Even though the plot is being well hidden, we’re not really expecting a sci-fi thriller from the director but with Larson on-board, it’s good to see her continuing to take on different kinds of roles and a return to comedy.
Apatow is also set to produce under his company Apatow Productions, with a little help from Universal Pictures. It’s currently slated for July 24th, 2015 release.
