Will Smith will next be seen on the big-screen opposite the superb Margot Robbie in FOCUS in early 2015, though do look out for him in A NEW YORK WINTER’S TALE, out in the UK today, in which he appears very briefly. The news we’d all like to hear today is that Big Willie has finally signed on the dotted line to film BAD BOYS 3, but alas, not as yet, but he will appear in a new science fiction/ superhero movie called BRILLIANCE, in which he will take the lead.
Here’s a synopsis of the source material, the Marcus Sakey novel of the same name, which was published last year.
In Wyoming, a little girl reads people’s darkest secrets by the way they fold their arms. In New York, a man sensing patterns in the stock market racks up $300 billion. Smith will of course play Federal Agent Nick Cooper. Julius Onah directs from a script by David Koepp, and shooting will commence later this year.
