Disney’s upcoming baseball biography MILLION DOLLAR ARM might not be out till May 16th, but you can catch a sneak preview with a clip of Jon Hamm discovering how the game works in India.

MILLION DOLLAR ARM is based on the true story of baseball pitchers Rinku Singh (Suraj Sharma; LIFE OF PI)  and Dinesh Patel (Madhur Mittal; SLUMDOG MILLIONAIRE). The pair are discovered in a reality TV sports competition set up by down on his luck agent J.B. Bernstein (Jon Hamm) in India. Bernstein brings the duo back to the states to start an intensive training regime with pitching coach Tom House (Bill Paxton) in the hope of getting them signed to a major league team.

But what starts out as a cynical money making scheme turns out very differently for Bernstein.

“He learns how to be a better human being,” says Hamm.

Hamm is perhaps best known for his role as advertising executive Don Draper in Mad Men. He’s also appeared in 30 Rock, SUCKER PUNCH and FRIENDS WITH KIDS. Here’s that first look:

You can catch MILLION DOLLAR ARM in cinemas this May. It’s directed by Craig Gillespie for Walt Disney Pictures.
