Jack Nicholson won’t be in retirement for much longer if Robert Downey Jr gets his way, according to website RadarOnline.
IRON MAN superstar, Robert Downey Jr. is apparently determined to lure Jack Nicholson to act alongside him in the third installment of SHERLOCK HOLMES. Downey is even offering to lower his own salary to have him on board which surely won’t burn too much a hole in his pocket after being named one of the highest paying actors of last year. This isn’t the first attempt by Downey to get Nicholson back in to the acting game, as he tried to get him to take a role in his new film THE JUDGE, which is being released later on this year starring Robert Duvall.
Nicholson has not said no to Downey yet which is promising and it would at least be a good idea to end his outstanding filmography on a high note rather than it ending with the film HOW DO YOU KNOW, featuring Owen Wilson and Reese Witherspoon. Surely nobody can say no to Robert Downey Jr.?
