It looks like we’ll be seeing some familiar faces as well as some new ones in the upcoming X-MEN: DAYS OF FUTURE PAST, which focuses on stopping the never-ending war on mutantkind before it even started. We’ll remember the likes of Bobby Drake, aka Iceman, (played by Shawn Ashmore) and Peter Rasputin, also known as Colossus, (played by Daniel Cudmore) from previous films, but new faces are appearing in this one, a lot of them. Among them is the long awaited Lucas Bishop, or… just rather lazily called Bishop (played by Omar Sy).
For those who don’t know of him, Bishop was a member of Xavier’s Security Enforcers within the comics, a mutantpolice force from a dystopian future of the Marvel Universe, the same future we see in X-MEN: DAYS OF FUTURE PAST. You can check out his powers in the third power piece of the bunch! If anyone’s curious, our own Paul Heath gave it a glowing review here. It seems to be hitting all the right notes, so maybe we should prepare for X-MEN: APOCALYPSE.
Here’s a quick glimpse of Iceman:
And here’s the strong-man Colossus:
And finally, Bishop:
