It seems that DELIVER US FROM EVIL from a little overlooked on its theatrical release but there’s been some positive critical responses, including a 4-star review from THN right here. Today, we’ve got an exclusive clip as Eric Bana talks about his role and what drove him towards taking this movie on.Released on Blu-ray and DVD on 5th January, 2015, it stars Eric Bana, Édgar Ramirez and Olivia Munn.
Focusing around the life of New York police officer Ralph Sarchie (Bana), he’s struggling with his own personal issues, and when he begins investigating a series of disturbing and inexplicable crimes, he joins forces with an unconventional priest (Ramírez), who’s schooled in the rituals of exorcism as they try to combat the frightening and demonic possessions that are terrorizing their city.
