Clint Eastwood & Bradley Cooper Talk ‘American Sniper’ In New Featurette

AMERICAN SNIPER is seemingly finding a spot between controversial and genuinely honest with both the critics and general public in the States but on this side of the pond, we’ll be looking at it from an outsiders perspective and if our 5-Star review is anything to go by – Then Eastwood has put together his best work in a long time.

The film tells the real-life story of Chris Kyle, the most lethal sniper in U.S. military history. But there was more to him than just his skill as a sharpshooter. Despite the pinpoint accuracy and the fact he saves countless lives, when he eventually returns home the war is still in his mind and there’s more to this than your usual patriotic outing.

All tales like this throw up huge discussion but from what I’ve heard, and from what Luke says in our review, this is a powerful performance from Cooper and definitely worth your time. The film co-stars Sienna Miller and has received two BAFTA nominations. Check out the featurette:
