It’s He-re: Watch The ‘Poltergeist’ Trailer Now

POLTERGEIST remains one of the creepiest classic horror films of the eighties. Directed by Tobe Hopper, and produced by a certain Mr Speilberg, the film followed Carol-Anne and her family as they became terrorised by malevolent forces.

The news of an impending remake unsettled some, but after watching the first full length trailer we’re liking the tone that it has set. It’s directed by Gil Kenan and stars Sam Rockwell, Rosemarie DeWitt, Jared Harris, and Kennedi Clements. 

The iconic blonde Carol-Anne is now a brunette little girl called Madison, but don’t worry, she seems to be just as spooky. The scariest thing we’ve glimpsed so far though has to be that updated clown doll, the original was bad enough, this one is even worse. Good luck:
