Nicole Kidman has joined the cast of the Wonder Woman movie. The Australian actress will play a major role opposite Gal Gadot who plays the title character, reprising the role from the upcoming Batman v Superman: Dawn Of Justice.
The Wrap are reporting that Kidman will play “a high-ranking Amazonian warrior” in the film, which is being directed by Patty Jenkins.
The casting continues on the film, which also stars Chris Pine, which is set for release on June 23rd 2017.
Shooting is set to start in the new year.
