No big surprises here, but composer Michael Giacchino is all set to score the music for The Incredibles 2. The news was confirmed via Twitter by none other than Brad Bird himself, who posted a video of Giacchino actually signing the contract.

The film doesn’t have a release date set until 2019, but Bird is putting all of the relevant pieces into place to deliver a worthy sequel to the original, one of Pixar’s most beloved movies.
Giacchino has worked on every one of Brad Bird’s films since the release of the original ‘Incredibles’ back in 2004.
The Incredibles 2 will hits cinemas on June 21, 2019.
