Rebecca Ferguson, the Swedish-born actress who wowed us in this summer’s Mission: Impossible – Rogue Nation, is set to return for the sixth movie in the action franchise, joing fellow returnees Tom Cruise and director Christopher McQuarrie.
Showbiz411 reports the news with their reporter stating: “I am told that Ferguson is signed, sealed and delivered for part 6.”
The sequel is set to start shooting next August for a summer 2017 release date. The only question that remains now is if Simon Pegg, who has appeared alongside Cruise in the last three movies as sidekick Benji, will also return. We’re guessing yes.
More news on M:I 6 when we get it.
