Still here? Good. So, it has been revealed that Daniel Craig did in fact film a cameo in Star Wars: The Force Awakens. Craig was the Stormtrooper in the scene where Daisy Ridley’s Rey has been captured by Kylo Ren and is being held in a holding cell. Craig is the Stormtrooper see guarding her. She says to him “you will remove these restraints and leave this cell with the door open”, apparently attempting to use a Jedi mind trick on him.

He retorts: “I’ll tighten those restraints, scavenger scum”. That is Daniel Craig.

Entertainment Weekly report the news:

Craig does make a cameo in Star Wars VII as a stormtrooper, turning up in one of the movie’s most memorably nostalgic scenes. “He did it for s—ts and grins,” says one of the people with knowledge of the actor’s performance.
