Batman V Superman
Following the huge success of the sweary, ultra-violence Deadpool over the past ten days, it looks like Warner Bros. and director Zack Snyder are planning an R rated version of the upcoming Batman V Superman: Dawn Of Justice, but it will be reserved for the Blu-Ray release. Cinemagoers will have to settle for the PG-13 cut in theatres when it arrives the end of next month.
FilmRatings.com say that the Blu-Ray release, which will probably hit shelves later this year, will be titled Dawn Of Justice: Ultimate Edition, and will be a harder, director’s cut of the film, with the R rating given for the extended “sequences of violence.”
Batman V Superman: Dawn Of Justice debuts in cinemas on March 25th.
