Earlier this month we got our first look at the gold-encased poster for The Lonely Island‘s new movie Popstar: Never Stop Never Stopping and now we’ve it’s the turn of very entertaining, brilliantly ridiculous trailer and it’s exactly what you’d expect from Andy Samberg and his team.
Produced by Judd Apatow, co-directed by Akiva Schaffer/Jorma Taccone and written by the latter two with Samberg, the mockumentary goes behind-the-scenes with singer/rapper Conner4Real (Samberg) who is facing a popularity crisis after his first album flops. I don’t need to say much more other than watch below, enjoy the madness and the cameos!
