It’s just under a year ago that we reported filming had begun for the Ben Wheatley directed and Martin Scorsese produced Free Fire and today we’ve got the first look at the impressive cast for his next venture.
Written by Wheatley and Amy Jump, the film stars Brie Larson as Justine, a woman who brokers a meeting in a deserted warehouse between two Irishmen (Cillian Murphy, Michael Smiley) and a gang led by Ord (Armie Hammer) and Vernon (Sharlto Copley) but when the deal goes south and shots are fired, a game of survival begins…

As well as the aforementioned, we’ve also got the likes of Jack Reynor, Babou Ceesay, Enzo Cilenti, Sam Riley, Noah Taylor, Patrick Bergin, Tom Davis and Mark Monero involved.
Free Fire is produced by Andy Starke of Rook Films, with further backing from executive producer Martin Scorsese. All release dates are to be confirmed.
