Entertainment Weekly are continuing their stellar work on Rogue One: A Star Wars Story with a bunch of new, previously unseen images from the upcoming spin-off.
The magazine has already delivered the news that Darth Vader will be present in the movie, and that he will be voiced by James Earl Jones, a news item that we shared earlier on. Now EW has bombarded us with loads of new images loaded with so many Easter eggs!
In the images below you will see Felicity Jones as as Jyn Erso, Diego Luna as Captain Cassian Andor with Donnie Yen as the blind spiritual warrior Chirrut Imwe, Jiang Wen as his heavily armored best friend Baze Malbus, Alan Tudyk as the droid K-2SO, Riz Ahmed as the Rebel pilot Bodhi Rook, plus Forest Whitaker as Saw Gerrera, a character first introduced in Star Wars: The Clone Wars, who was revealed yesterday. Theres also Bloodline actor Ben Mendelsohn as the film’s main villain, Director Orson Krennic.
Oh, and look for the image of the Stormtrooper holding a small Stormtrooper doll – this is apparently very central to the plot of the film, though we know no more than that.
Rogue One: A Star Wars Story is in cinemas this December.
