The third film in Marvel’s Thor series has kicked off filming, and the very first image from the set has been released – not that it’s very exciting…
Shooting has started over in Australia and the film’s director Taika Waititi confirmed day one of shooting on the third big Marvel blockbuster of 2017 following Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 and Spider-Man: Homecoming.
He posted this via Twitter.

Director Waititi previously told TheWrap that his film will be much funnier than previous installments.
“Just take what they’ve done before… I’m just going to take the second Thor film and just add some jokes to that,” he said.
Thor: Ragnarok, to give the film its full title, will release in November of 2017, the last of the three to debut. Chris Hemsworth will return as the title character.
