The third season of Gotham is now shooting for a debut later this year and the show’s lead Ben McKenzie and series newcomer Jamie Chung have been pictured on the New York City set.
McKenzie is playing the role of James Gordon while Chung will appear in the recurring role of Valerie Vale. The Daily Mail have posted a series of images from the New York set, which were captured on Tuesday.

In season three of Gotham, the origin story continues and the stakes are higher than ever, as Super-Villains more ambitious and depraved are introduced, and a realignment of alliances shakes up the fight for power in Gotham City – so reads the official summary.
Season three of Gotham will air on September 19th in the U.S. with it coming to the UK via Channel 5 shortly afterwards.
