The xXx 3 trailer teaser has arrived online. We’re expecting a full trailer for the film, full title xXx: The Return Of Xander Cage on Tuesday, just a day ahead of this year’s San Diego Comic Con.

Vin Diesel returns as Cage in the film, the third in the franchise which began all of the way back in 2002. Here’s the plot.

The third explosive chapter of the blockbuster franchise that redefined the spy thriller finds extreme athlete turned government operative Xander Cage (Vin Diesel) coming out of self-imposed exile and on a collision course with deadly alpha warrior Xiang and his team in a race to recover a sinister and seemingly unstoppable weapon known as Pandora’s Box. Recruiting an all-new group of thrill-seeking cohorts, Xander finds himself enmeshed in a deadly conspiracy that points to collusion at the highest levels of world governments. Packed with the series’ signature deadpan wit and bad-ass attitude, xXx: The Return of Xander Cage aims to raise the bar on extreme action with some of the most mind-blowing stunts to ever be caught on film.

Vin Diesel revealed the xXx 3 trailer teaser on his official Facebook page over the weekend, and you can check it all out below. Obviously, this one is a little short, being a tease and all, but we’ll bring you the full version just as soon as we have it.

Ruby Rose, Samuel L. Jackson, Rory McCann, Toni Collette and Donnie Yen are also in the movie, which is brought to the screen by D.J. Caruso.

xXx: The Return Of Xander Cage will release in cinemas on January 20th 2017. More news as it comes in.
