If you haven’t seen Bosch on Amazon Prime Video yet then we suggest you get to it as soon as humanly possible as it is really rather good. There are a couple of seasons on there already to feast on, which will be quite the investment as season three is being shot for a debut date of early next year. The big news today is that Amazon have already commissioned a fourth.
Titus Welliver portrays the title character in the show, which revolves around Los Angeles Police detective Harry Bosch. He will of course return for the fourth season.
The series is based on the popular novels by Michael Connelly, who also acts as executive producer on the show. “I am happy beyond words,” he said to Deadline, who broke the news. “To think we are going to get another season to explore these characters is wonderful,” he added. “Our team has worked very hard to create the most realistic detective show possible and I think that is resonating with viewers. Titus and the rest of the cast and crew are dedicated to this. We are raising the storytelling bar with Season three and we’ll do it again in four.”
