Three Of The Best Road Cars Used In The Movies

Everyone has the dream of driving a car from the movies – we know we do – but that dream doesn’t have to be that far away as yes, we’ve done a little bit of research for you and found three pretty darned good drives that you’ll be able to get onto your own driveways with relative ease.

The Transformers Series

In recent years, the Chevrolet Camaro has been seen in tons of films, most notably the Michael Bay  Transformers movies. We’ve done a bit of looking online, and we were really rather surprised to discover that you can pick one of these awesome cars up for just under £32 grand. That’s a really rather awesome 8-speed, finger controlled paddle shift, with one hell of V8 engine that, which quite literally puts you in the seat of a Transformer.

Transporter series (Jason Statham and Ed Skrein)

If striking yellow cars are not really your thing, then how about a stunning Audi A8? Looking at Audi’s official page, this car was first released to the market all of the way back in 1994, and in the last twenty-plus year or so, has become hugely popular. The car was also featured in the superb Jason Statham Transporter movies where the character of Frank Castle’s used it to transport heroine Valentina all of the way from Marseilles in France to Odessa in the Black Sea. We also saw the car in Transporter: Refuelled, a film which saw The Stath replaced by Ed Skrein. If you are interested in filling the shoes of own Frank Castle, you can by clicking to get more information here, and then, if you find yourself in need of some spare parts for your new car, you can visit sparepartstore24.co.uk.

Land Rover Defender

If you’re going to do movie cars in style, then how about doing it James Bond style? We could offer up an Aston Martin DB10, or even the super-charged Jag used in the last 007 adventure SPECTRE, but obviously they are very, very priced. So how about the Land Rover Defender which was used in the same film? The Land Rover, an icon for over 68 years, is available on the market right now and, of course, can handle most terrain. So, if you fancy yourself as a modern super-spy with class and style, maybe this one is more up your street.
