Ahead of its release in a couple of weeks we have two brand new clips from Sony Pictures’ Passengers, which stars Jennifer Lawrence and Chris Pratt as a couple of space travellers who wake up too soon on board a spacecraft… 90 years too early.
We’re looking forward to our annual trip to the cinema to see J-Law and her chemistry with the enigmatic Mr. Pratt, who comes hot off the success of this year’s The Magnificent Seven, and ahead of next year’s Marvel sequel Guardians Of The Galaxy Vol. 2.
Michael Sheen, Laurence Fishburne and Andy Garcia are amongst the limited cast of Passengers, the official synopsis for which, reads as follows.
Jennifer Lawrence and Chris Pratt are two passengers onboard a spaceship transporting them to a new life on another planet. The trip takes a deadly turn when their hibernation pods mysteriously wake them 90 years before they reach their destination. As Jim and Aurora try to unravel the mystery behind the malfunction, they begin to fall for each other, unable to deny their intense attraction… only to be threatened by the imminent collapse of the ship and the discovery of the truth behind why they woke up.
This one is expected to dock on cinema screens globally on December 23rd, just a couple of short days before the Christmas break, which should give you all enough to time to seek it out.
