The Expendables 4 is definitely happening, according to a new report over at The Hollywood Reporter.
We kind of knew this, but the trade has confirmed things by stating that Splendid Film has ‘picked up rights across German-speaking Europe for The Expendables 4, the final title in the action franchise’. The distributor has released all three previous movies.
Sylvester Stallone, Jason Statham and Arnold Schwarzenegger are mentioned in the article, but not confirmed if they will return for the new film (we’d expect so).
There’s not much new other than that – in terms of casting, director or indeed start dates, but we’ll obviously keep you posted.
