Peter Dinklage is in early talks to join the Marvel Cinematic Universe and Avengers: Infinity War, so reports Variety.
According to the trade, the Game Of Thrones actor is set to star in both part one and part two of the superhero franchise, which will be shot back-to-back. Shooting starts on them later this summer in Atlanta.
No official word from Marvel, and there’s no news on who exactly Dinklage would be up for playing, but the trade does report that it is a ‘key role’ in the movies, which once again teams the likes of Robert Downey Jr’s Iron Man, Chris Evans’ Captain America etc.
Anthony and Joe Russo are directing both films from a screenplay by Christopher Markus and Stephen McFeely.
The first film is scheduled for a 2018 bow.
