We heard just the other day that the next film in the Star Wars series, Star Wars Episode VIII officially has the title of Star Wars: The Last Jedi. Well, now writer/ director Rian Johnson has dropped that title into the film’s opening title crawl, and we shared a photo to prove it.

We’ve got a little while to wait on Star Wars: The Last Jedi as it doesn’t bow until December 15th, but we’re hoping for a trailer very, very soon. While we know nothing about when that will drop (we’re guessing Star Wars Celebration in Orlando?), we can still gawp at the first poster that Lucasfilm released with the title drop.
