The eighth Fast and Furious film, titled Fast and Furious 8 or The Fate Of The Furious, depending on where you’re reading this, is doing a ton of money (it made over $500 million in terms of its opening weekend). There was a well publicised ‘feud’ on set between two of the biggest stars in the series, Vin Diesel and Dwayne Johnson, but it looks like those wounds have finally healed and both Diesel and Johnson will return for the next instalment. TMZ reports:
Our sources say Vin and Dwayne have met privately several times since animosity between them exploded on the set of “The Fate of the Furious.” We’re told they are “good” and both are “1000% in” for the next flick.
No word on when the next film in the franchise will hit, but it will be some time in 2019 – we’re guessing April as the month clearly works for the movies.
