Lionsgate have released the very first teaser trailer for Sicario 2: Soldado. The film arrives in cinemas next year and is the follow-up to the popular drama Sicario, the 2015 movie which took the world by storm.
In Sicario 2: Soldado, the drug war on the US – Mexico border has escalated as the cartels have begun trafficking terrorists across the US border. To fight the war, federal agent Matt Graver (Josh Brolin) reteams with the mercurial Alejandro (Benicio Del Toro).
Isabela Moner, Jeffrey Donovan, Manuel Garcia-Rulfo and Catherine Keener are also amongst the cast of the film which is directed by Stefano Sollima. Taylor Sheridan wrote the screenplay.
