Adil El Arbi & Bilall Fallah Are The New ‘Bad Boys 3’ Directors

Adil El Arbi and Bilall Fallah are attached as the new directors of Sony Pictures’ Bad Boys 3. The film, which has a working title of Bad Boys For Life, has been active development at the studio for a couple of years, but has hit a few roadblocks with release dates shifting and cast availability proving to cause problems.

Well, now it seems that the film could be back on track after the studio appointed the Belgian directing duo, known up to now for their impressive drama Black, which was released a couple of years ago.

Will Smith and Martin Lawrence will be back as the wild cops Mike Lowery and Marcus Burnett in the planned movie, while a spin-off featuring Gabrielle Union’s character, Burnett’s sister Syd from Bad Boys II, is pushing ahead for the small screen. Ernie Hudson has just been cast as Syd’s father in the planned TV series.

Adil El Arbi and Bilall Fallah are also attached to helm Beverly Hills Cop 4 over at Paramount Pictures.

More on all of these projects as it rolls in.
