The Hollywood Reporter reports that Disney are planning to reboot The Muppets exclusively for their upcoming streaming service.
The trade says that it will be a completely new take on the brand after an attempt to bring the puppets back for an ABC series in 2016.
There’s not too much info on the new Muppets series as yet, but the they will join the likes of High School Musical, Star Wars and The Mighty Ducks (amongst others) who will get new incarnations of the as yet to be priced service due in 2019.
