John Wick: Parabellum featured in our 2019 preview, and though at the time we had no publicity material, today we can finally share the first trailer. The film is the third, and potentially final, chapter of the John Wick saga. The films, which star Keanu Reeves as a retired assassin, have been very well received by audiences and critics alike.
John Wick: Chapter 2 ended on a massive cliffhanger with Winston forcing John into exile after John broke Continental rules. Given their friendship the proprietor of one of the coolest hotels in cinema allowed John an hour’s grace and it seems likely that the final film will pick up during that hour. With an open contract out on our favourite pencil-wielding killer, I think it’s safe to say we can expect carnage on an epic scale. Check out the trailer now:
The film directed once again by Chad Stahelski will arrive in cinemas on 17th May 2019.
