‘Zombieland 2’ Has An Official Title – & A First-Look ‘Poster’

Can you believe that it has been a full ten years since the release of Zombieland?. Since then we’ve had the likes of The Walking Dead and Fear The Walking Dead pop up on our TV screens – in fact, our screens are awash with the undead. Zombieland was absolutely one of the best films of its type to have even graced the silver screen and in 2019, we finally get a sequel, the title for which has just been revealed by Sony Pictures.

Here’s a social post shared by the studio earlier today. It’s one of those ten years challenge things we’ve seen go viral of late.

So yes, Zombieland: Double Tap it is. As you can see, Woody Harrelson (who seemingly hasn’t aged a day, Jesse Eisenberg, Emma Stone and Abigail Breslin are back for some more action, as too are original director Ruben Fleischer and original writers Paul Wernick and Rhett Reese. It was also announced today that Rosario Dawson will also star.

There’s not too long to wait for this one either. We hear that it will arrive in cinemas just in time for Halloween this coming October.
