Briefly: We’ve just received the first poster for the sequel to one of the first Disney live-action conversions, Maleficent. With it comes confirmation of the title of the follow-up, due in cinemas this October.

It looks like the new film will be called Maleficent: Mistress Of Evil with Angelina Jolie returning to head up the cast.
Joining her are the likes of Elle Fanning, Sam Riley, Imelda Staunton, Juno Temple, Lesley Manville, Michelle Pfeiffer, Ed Skrein, Harris Dickinson, and Chiwetel Ejiofor.
The October release date is a full seven months sooner than first expected. Great news!
