Lionsgate has made available a couple of new clips from this week’s release, The Vanishing, which stars Gerard Butler.

Set on an uninhabited island 20 miles from the rugged Scottish coast, The Vanishing tells the story of three lighthouse keepers who stumble on something that isn’t theirs to keep. What follows is an isolation and paranoia-fed battle for survival as the men venture down a path of destruction.
The film is directed by award-winning Danish filmmaker Kristoffer Nyholm (Taboo, The Killing) and stars Scottish actors Peter Mullan ((Tyrannosaur, War Horse, Trainspotting), Butler (London Has Fallen, 300, How to Train Your Dragon), and newcomer Connor Swindells (VS.).
