“I Heard You Paint Houses”: Stunning Debut Teaser For ‘The Irishman’ Lands

Image supplied by Netflix

Following the delivery of a couple of wonderful little images just yesterday, today Netflix has fired the debut teaser for The Irishman our way – and it looks awesome. Martin Scorsese is the man behind the camera.

Showcasing some of the amazing de-ageing of its three main actors, Robert De Niro, Al Pacino, and Joe Pesci – as well as some striking imagery, the teaser is every bit as breathtaking as you would have imagined it to be.

The film also stars Harvey Keitel, Ray Romano, Bobby Cannavale, Anna Paquin, Stephen Graham, Stephanie Kurtzuba, Jack Huston, Kathrine Narducci, Jesse Plemons, Domenick Lombardozzi, Paul Herman, Gary Basaraba, and Marin Ireland.

Official synopsis: Robert De Niro, Al Pacino and Joe Pesci star in Martin Scorsese’s THE IRISHMAN, an epic saga of organized crime in post-war America told through the eyes of World War II veteran Frank Sheeran, a hustler and hitman who worked alongside some of the most notorious figures of the 20th century. Spanning decades, the film chronicles one of the greatest unsolved mysteries in American history, the disappearance of legendary union boss Jimmy Hoffa, and offers a monumental journey through the hidden corridors of organized crime: its inner workings, rivalries and connections to mainstream politics.

The Irishman is based on the book ‘I Heard You Paint Houses‘ and will debut on Netflix and select cinemas later in the year. It is set for a world premiere at the New York Film Festival on 27th September.

We cannot wait to see this! Watch the thrilling teaser trailer below.
