Exclusive Clip From Steven Berkoff’s ‘Harvey’

We’re very excited to see Harvey on the big screen, and here’s an exclusive clip to celebrate. It’s the unmissable, haunting performance from British stage and screen legend Steven Berkoff, investigating the psyche going inside the head of Hollywood film mogul, Harvey Weinstein.

Weinstein has, of course, just been the subject of BBC’s documentary Untouchable: The Rise and Fall of Harvey Weinstein, David Mamet’s play, Bitter Wheat and Berkoff’s own recent play.

Berkoff is one of our best loved character actors and portrayer of iconic villains. From famously wicked turns on screen in Octopussy, Beverly Hills Cop and Rambo First Blood: Part II, he is perhaps better qualified than anyone to portray such a notorious true life figure, and explore his darkest ideas and nuances.

So it was hot on the heels of his one-man play at The Playground Theatre that Harvey was finally filmed, making it available to a wider audience who can now experience the raw nature of Berkoff’s latest work.

You can watch our exclusive clip below. See Harvey on the big screen at the Genesis Cinema on Sunday 15th September, followed by an exclusive Q&A with Berkoff himself
