The Emmy awards were dished out last night celebrating the best in television around the world. We have a full list of winners below but the big winners on the night were Game Of Thrones which took outstanding drama series for its final season which aired earlier in the year. Peter Dinklage took home the award for best supporting drama actor, also for Game Of Thrones.
Phoebe Waller-Bridge’s brilliant Fleabag also dominated proceedings which walked away with outstanding comedy series, best comedy writing and best leading comedy actress.
Jodie Comer took home the prize for best leading drama actress for her role of Villanelle in Killing Eve.
There were also awards for Ben Whishaw, who was awarded for best supporting actor in a limited series for A Very English Scandal.
The Netflix film Black Mirror: Bandersnatch scored outstanding television movie while Chernobyl also picked up a handful of awards, including outstanding limited series.
