Warner Bros. has announced that Tenet will open in over 70 countries worldwide starting on August 26th. Major territories will include: Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Korea, Russia, Spain, and the UK. The film will open in the United States September 3 in select cities.
IMAX cinemas has also released a new poster for the film.
Exclusively in IMAX cinemas, sequences shot with IMAX cameras will visually expand to fill the entire screen, allowing moviegoers to experience more of the image with unprecedented crispness and clarity. That combined with next generation IMAX precision sound will bring audiences the world’s most immersive moviegoing experience.
