A trailer has landed for the new Shudder horror film landing in early December, Anything For Jackson. The original, starring Sheila McCarthy, Julian Richings, Konstantina Mantelos, Josh Cruddas and Yannick Bisson, is directed by Justin G. Dyck, and arrives on 3rd December. The story revolves around grief stricken Audrey and Henry, a doctor, who have lost their only grandson in a car accident. They kidnap Henry’s pregnant patient and have some pretty terrible intentions for her.
The full synopsis is as follows:
After losing their only grandson in a car accident, grief-stricken Audrey and Henry, a doctor, kidnaps his pregnant patient with the intention of performing a “Reverse Exorcism”, putting Jackson inside her unborn child. It doesn’t take long to figure out Jackson isn’t the only ghost the grandparents invited into their home. Now it’s a race against time for the couple, as well as the pregnant woman to figure a way out of the haunting they’ve set upon themselves.
