‘Looted’ home release details – will debut on DVD and digital in one week

Landing on 25th January.

We’ve just got hold of the home release details for Looted, one of the best British films of last year. It will come to both DVD and digital from 25th January. The film was BIFA 2020 long-listed in several categories including Debut Director, Debut Screenwriter, Raindance Discovery Award, Breakthrough Producer and Most Promising Newcomer.

Rob (Charley Palmer Rothwell – Legend), loves driving and stealing cars, living his life at a hundred miles an hour in the cash-starved port town he calls home. He shares a house with his dying father (Tom Fisher – The Young Victoria) who thinks he’s out job hunting. Rob manages to keep his two worlds perfectly separated until best mate Leo (Thomas Turgoose – This Is England), gets him involved in a bigger, riskier job which goes terribly wrong. With his relationship with his distant father in shreds and betrayed by his best mate, unexpected hope comes from Leo’s girlfriend Kasia (Morgane Polanski – Vikings).

SPECIAL FEATURES: ‘JACKED’ – BIFA-winning short film from Rene van Pannevis starring Charley Palmer Rothwell and Thomas Turgoose (15 mins)
