Want to go PVT?Here’s your latest look at the upcoming PVT Chat, a new film that will hit digital platforms in the UK from 12th February. The film comes to the screen from writer, director, and Bodega front-man Ben Hozie (Annunciation; The Lion’s Den) and stars Peter Vack and Julia Fox – who we last saw in her breakthrough role in Uncut Gems – in the main lead roles. The story revolves around Vack’s character of Jack who falls for an internet cam girl named Scarlet (Fox) in modern-day New York City. The latest trailer has been released by Vertigo Releasing through their YouTube channel.

Jack (Peter Vack) is a lonely internet gambler living in New York City. He quickly becomes ?xated on Scarlet (Julia Fox) – a cam girl from San Francisco. As Jack learns more about Scarlet, he discovers her unrealized talent as a painter and begins to fall hard for her. His obsession reaches a boiling point when fantasy materializes in reality, and Jack sees Scarlet on a rainy street in NYC Chinatown. While Scarlet is clearly hiding her whole truth, milking Jack’s wallet in the process, she also seems to develop genuine feelings for him. Jack has to ?nd out – is their emotional connection real or is he just being taken for a ride?
