A third movie in the world of A Quiet Place is being lined up to land in cinemas in a couple of years’ time. Hot off the success of A Quiet Place: Part II, which has literally only just opened in cinemas after a delay due to the pandemic, a third film will be directed by Jeff Nichols (Take Shelter, Midnight Special).
The film is apparently not a direct sequel to the events of Part II, but according to Deadline, the film is to be based around an idea by John Krasinski. Obviously, plot details are under wraps but is thought the film will expand on the world laid out in the first two movies.
NIchols will write and direct the planned film which has a release date already set for the spring of 2023. 31st March, 2023, to be specific.
More as it comes our way.
